7. 14-Day Right of Return Policy
7.1 While the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for our returns policy, we go a bit better than that…
7.2 If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return and provide you with a store credit to the value of the product's purchase price. You can return the product to our store, or send it back.
7.3 With our 14-day right of return policy there are no special catches — it's extremely simple! All we ask is that you return the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in, tags still intact.
7.4 The only exceptions to our returns policy are: watches, underwear, socks, earrings & jewellery, which we cannot accept back due to hygiene reasons. The Country Providore Gift Vouchers/Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable. Personalised products are non refundable.
7.5 NOTE: These products are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
7.6 If you want to exchange something on your order for something else then simply return what you don’t want and let us know what you require and we will sort it out for you. Alternatively, you can exchange some products in store as per below.
7.7 Goods purchased for personal use have to meet a standard stated by the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993. Goods may be returned if they are not of an "acceptable quality" which means "they are not fit for the purpose intended". This means the product is defective and we are happy to refund you on the return of the item as long as it is in the original packaging and condition as when you received it.
7.8 Unfortunately we are unable to refund some items due to piracy issues or any special orders. Special orders are items that are "just for you", an example of this is non-stocked products.
7.9 Refunds on returns will be processed on receipt of the goods after inspection. Please note we will not refund shipping costs on returned items.
7.10 Please note there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges on all sale items.
7.11 Goods can be returned to:
The Country Providore Store, 337 Newell Road, Hamilton
7.12 Please include a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase.
7.13 You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
7.14 Any goods returned should be in their original condition.
8. Cancellation and Modifying Orders
8.1 You can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart before you place your order with The Country Providore.

8.4 A separate order will need to be completed should you wish to add any additional products.
8.5 Should you wish to cancel your order altogether once you have received your Order Confirmation Email and entered the courier process, you must contact us immediately.
8.6 Depending on what stage of the packing and dispatch process your order is at, The Country Providore reserves the right to deduct a 10% handling and administration fee.

Loyalty vouchers or rewards
-
Other discounts or promotional codes

10.2 If a customer qualifies for more than one promotion in a single transaction, they may choose one offer to apply, whichever is of greater value to them.
10.3 Loyalty vouchers cannot be applied to promotional transactions where a gift with purchase or bonus item is being claimed.
10.4 The “no double-dipping” rule applies to all offers unless a promotion explicitly states it can be combined with others.
