We take the natural, extracted fruit of the Tamarillo tree and blend it lovingly with imported Italian red wine vinegar. It is perfect to drizzle over salads, to marinade your meat or add that extra yum to sauces. This vinaigrette is not to sour and allows the natural favour of the fruit to be presented to the palette.
