Ko Hea Raua Ko Ruru is a wonderful story that follows Hare, who finds they often have 'noise' - from runaway thoughts to loud feelings to general anxiety. Hare isn't sure what to do to help with the noise, but thankfully they find Ruru who gives Hare suggestions. Hare finds 3 work well; talking to someone, connecting with nature and mindful breathing. A wonderful book for anyone who has their own 'noise', anxiety or loud feelings.
