HOW TO JOIN COUNTRY PROV LOYALTY?

Simply sign up and create an account with us! If you already have account, thank you! You will not need to do anything else, you are automatically enrolled!

HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY POINTS AND REDEEM THEM?

To track your points balance click the REWARDS tab on our website.You will see your points in your accounts dashboard once logged in. To redeem points for rewards, simply login to your account or visit us in-store.

DO MY LOYALTY POINTS EXPIRE?

Any unused points will expire if you do not shop with us within a 12 month period. For example if you shop with us in January 2023 and then do not shop with us again until February 2024 your points will return to zero. We will send you a reminder email when your points are due to expire, simply shop with us again before the expiration period and they will be valid for another 12 months.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO APPEAR IN MY LOYALTY ACCOUNT?

For any product purchases will usually be applied within 24 hours but may take up to 14 days.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

To redeem a discount code, simply enter the code in the discount code field during Checkout and tap on the APPLY button.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES AT THE SAME TIME?

You can only use one discount code in a single transaction.

ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM MY REWARDS DISCOUNT?

Loyalty discounts cannot be used on Gift Cards, sale items or in conjunction with any other offer. Unfortunately only one discount can be used per transaction.

WHY DID MY LOYALTY POINTS BALANCE GO DOWN?

If any of your orders are cancelled or returned your points balance will be adjusted accordingly.

HOW DO THE SPEND TIERS WORK?

The rewards tiers are based on an annual 12 month spend. You may find your tier has dropped if you haven't spent the specified amount within the last 12 months. Please reach out to our friendly team if you have any questions about your reward tier.

Loyalty points can not be earned on shipping fees.
